Our recruiters are looking for highly ambitious automotive/tech professionals who are looking to make an impact within the Volkswagen Group brands. We want to understand what topics and tasks you are passionate about, which new opportunities a position should offer, in order to pitch your CV and help you on your future path.
We’ve replace traditional assessments with a 90-min interactive session with freelance tech experts, where you can showcase your skills and problem-solving abilities through coding challenges or case studies relevant to your profession. Following that, engage in a technical Q&A session to demonstrate your wider skill-set.
Once you have successfully completed the first two steps in our process, we offer you the opportunity to meet your future colleagues and respective manager for a final interview. You will have the chance to join a technical discussion about the project and the underlying responsibilities this role holds for you.
After successfully completing the prior steps, we’re ready to get you started working for one of the Volkswagen Group brands. We will set up the necessary documents and contracts, guaranteeing you a seamless start in your new role.
