Futurepath Referral Program: How It Works
1. Submit the Form
Identify companies and decision-makers within your network who could benefit from our freelance or permanent recruitment services. Complete the form below to get started.
2. Verify Eligibility
Once submitted, we will verify whether the referred company is eligible* for our program. We will contact you to confirm your participation in the program and provide further information.
3. Make the Introduction
Introduce Futurepath to the decision-maker by sharing how our staffing solutions can support their hiring needs. To assist, we will provide supporting materials that outline our services and expertise.
4. Confirm Interest
Once the decision-maker expresses interest in connecting with us, reply to our email with their contact details (with their permission). From this point, we’ll handle the rest of the process.
5. Claim Reward
When the referred company becomes a paying client through a successful referral, you’ll receive a €5,000 referral bonus!**
*A client is deemed eligible if we have not previously been in contact with them. **A referral is considered successful when the candidate we present is placed with the referred client. This means the candidate has either been hired for a permanent position or contracted for a freelance role. For each company you refer to us, you will receive a total bonus of €5,000, distributed as follows: €2,500 after the first placement, and the remaining €2,500 after the third placement with the referred client. The payment will be made once the candidate has worked on a project for 3 months (for freelancers) or after 3 months from the employment start date (for permanent hires). If the client has individual terms for permanent hires, the payment may be delayed, with an extension of up to 6 months. If the earnings from the placements are less than €2,500, the bonus will be prorated based on the actual earnings.
